CHRIS YOUNGHANS-HAUG : Chris, born and raised in a REALTOR® family, began his own formal training in 1989 receiving High Honors in Real Estate from Cabrillo College. He earned a bachelor’s from UCLA and later completed his Masters in Administration. Chris has spent countless hours learning and utilizing the technology behind successful real estate tools used in market valuation, internet marketing and syndication and near-paperless transactions - areas in which he now mentors his colleagues. Chris continues to expand his real estate and marketing skills through coursework in productivity and creativity software, on-line tools, ethics and appraisal practices, and participates in local, state and national professional networking organizations. Chris is certified with the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) through the National Association of REALTORS®. He is an active member of the OC REALTORS® Association.
